New Church
In the latest meeting
between Fr David and
architect Mark Baker we
refined further the
floor plans of our new
church. In particular,
we have widened the
entrance area, and made
the meeting room larger
by reducing the size of
the rector’s office.
Next we consider
finishes – wall colours,
floor coverings,
lighting, chairs,
principal liturgical
fixtures, sacristy
furniture and kitchen
fittings. Final
decisions will be made
by Church Council, on
advice from Mark Baker
and Julian Tan of Meyer
Shircore Architects, and
project manager Phil
Zoiti of Mesh Property.
A refined
floor plan of our
new church is on display
today. In particular,
the entrance area has
been enlarged, as have
both the store room and
the meeting room. We are
